Add existing members of dynamic marketing list to static marketing list

Hi,

I need to create a workflow where i can get members from dynamic marketing list and add them to static marketing list. How can i do this?

If i have to write custom plugin then after getting members from dynamic marketing list should i need to check each member if it exist or not in static marketing list.

Need help.
