toLowerCase error when resolving case 2016

CRM Version 2016 (8.0.0.1094)

SQL Server 2014 (12.0.5000.0)

Windows Server 2012 Standard (9600)

Internet Explorer 11 (11.1198.14393.0)

Dear all,

I am hoping someone may offer some guidance on this error.

After pressing the resolve case button then either resolving or cancelling results in the following error.

I don't know if there has been any previous customisations.

Firefox exhibits the same symptoms.

Has anyone got any suggestions or additional troubleshooting I could try?
