Create, modify and delete sharepoint list items when a record in CRM is modified

Hello,

I would like to create a list in SharePoint that shows all my opportunity records from Dynamics CRM. I want these list items to be created/updated/deleted when the opportunity record in Dynamics CRM is created/updated/deleted. Does anyone know what the best way would be to do this?

We are using both SharePoint and Dynamics CRM Online.
