Content library not visible

Hi ~ All

i am testing the Learning path in demo environment.

i changed the value of Enable Learning Path Authoring to "yes" and added user at learning path group

however, there is no Content library on training menu.

what's wrong with these?
what do you suggest to solve these problems? i definitely need your help.
