Migrate Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365

I have a On-Premise set up running Dynamics CRM 2016 Version 8.0.0.1088 against SQL Svr 2014. I have FE server role + BE server role

SQL Svr 2014 is being migrated to SQL Svr 2016. I have following questions:

1) Does Dynamics CRM 2016 Version 8.0.0.1088 work/compatible with Sql Svr 2016?

    If not, what are the steps to follow to upgrade Dynamics CRM 2016 Version 8.2 ( Dynamics CRM 365 )

2) Does Reporting extension from Dynamics CRM 2016 Version 8.0.0.1088 work/compatible with Sql Svr 2016?

    If not, what are the steps to follow to make Reporting Service work?

3) Is  Dynamics CRM 2016 Version 8.2 ( Dynamics CRM 365 ) work/compatible with Sql Svr 2014?
