No option to import data

Hello,

Before asking this question, I did a lot of research on why I have no option to import and data into CRM 2015. Unfortunately I have had no luck. I am set to the security role of System Administrator and have organizational access on everything, so it can't be a security role issue. There is not even the option to import data in the Settings > Data Management > Imports section.

Why is this not available?
