CRM Data Loader: The api app is not deployed properly: name='DynIntCrmManagement'

I tried to configure a CRM Connection to a O365 Dynamics CRM for CRM Dataloader and ended up in error "The api app is not deployed properly: name='DynIntCrmManagement'"

Can anyone tell me the error message behind this error?

Deployment-ID is e67989e8-be26-4b98-a943-3a55d87b2ebe.
