Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem, we have CRM 2016 working with IFD, interally everything is working as expected and externally it is working most of the time, we just have a couple of users who when they try and log in externally do not get redirected back to the CRM Url.
I have tried all the simple things like updating the IFD relying party and claims based, but it must be something to do with the users profile because it happens on any device the user tries to log into.
Other users externally work fine, so i wonder if there is some kind of cache or something which might be causing the problem with ADFS for the users having problems.
Just wondering if anyone else found a fix to this?
