I am working with VOC on Dynamics 365 and facing below issues:
- Responses routing, Client side, to show a hidden section/question is not working though i am sure i have configured it correctly
- Responses routing, Sever side, to create a Distress item and assigning it to the queue is not working correctly; item is created, however assigning it to the queue doesn't take place
- Out of a sudden the sections disappeared and only questions are displayed in the survey pages
- Testing the survey from a sample case that automatically trigger the survey and opening the link of the survey activity, some controls do not show as Flags inside Rating List and Stars of a rating question
If anyone faced and resolved any of these problems, please feedback.
