I have three environments (DEV, QAS, and PRD). All settings were in version (6.1.1.132) Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
The client took the decision to apply (6.1.3.119) Update Rollup 3 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1). This Rollup is applied correctly in the environment (DEV and QAS) but unfortunately not applied well in the environment (PRD).
The customer needs to match all environments, not only at the level of version but also with data, my main concern is the following:
- It is possible to import an organization through Deployment Manager in an environment that has a higher version (6.1.3.119) and the database to import is in a lower version (6.1.1.132).
- How it would the procedure for uninstall (6.1.3.119) Update Rollup 3 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1) from the environment (DEV & QAS), unfortunately the client does not have database backups while in (6.1.1.132) Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Service Pack 1 (SP1)
