I have multiple email accounts in outlook. 2 of them are exchange accounts, one of these two is my windows live id account while the other is a client facing account. Using CRM 2011 online with Rollup 12 and office 2010 32 bit.
The CRM configuration is for one of my clients and I appear as an employee to the public for this outlook account.
Whenever I send emails via CRM, it is sent by my personal account, not the client facing account. This makes me not look like an employee. My Outlook default account is the Client Facing Account, my preferences in CRM are the client's exchange email address for me, and it still send everything through my personal email account.
Is there a setting that I am missing? Do I have to change my windows Live id to use the client facing account? How to I force CRM to send these emails from a specific emaill account?
