At the end of each week, our users export a report titled, "My Activities Last 7 Days" to excel.
If a user tracks an email with the CRM Add-In for Outlook, an HTML code populates the description field.

This is causing confusion and I am looking to have the HTML code removed from the description field. I can not find a setting within the CRM system that allows attachments. We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 version.
