Getting error while deleting process in System job view of background process in ms crm 2015 on line

Hi Friends,

I m not able to delete the process  from system job view in  of background process.

A pop up is coming saying "some error occured while deleting".

Also when I creating a new process it is not displaying in the background process. I have unchecked the delete after completing the process.

It is a asynchronous process

Please suggest .
