Approval Process flow Issue

Dear Experts,

I have Html Grid in HTML Grid in Travel Plan Entity and I have Retrieved the Attributes from Appointment Entity like Bellow

Here i have 1:N Relationship Between Travel plan entity and Appointment Entity

Here am Assigning this Record Grid Item level Mean i have placed buttons in in Record Level so when Ever i Have Clicked on Submit Button this Record will Assign to the Reporting Manager here

Here am Populating Manager Automatically based on Hierarchy Structure and Assigning(real time work flow) the Record Based on pcl_manager(Assigning the Parent(Travelplan) Record to Manager and Re Assigning the Record Back to Technical officer Means Am Taking Created by

Now Here My Problem is if i clicked on submit button it will assign to Manager and if i have clicked on submit for one Record Means am Getting Access Denained Error Any one Please Help Me on this
