Microsoft Outlook CRM Plugin Error

I have an end user and when she opens outlook she gets the error "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B"

I have tried to reinstall Office and this hasn't resolved the issue.
