For a customer of mine using Dynamics365 online (CRM 2016 online) and Exchange Online with serverside email-sync, a problem has been identified: Bounce mails of mails sent from CRM are not synced to CRM but stays in the exchange mailbox.
The mails are sent from a queue and ordinary replies from the recipients are synced to CRM with no problems. Only the bounce mails of non-existing emailaddresses etc are stuck in the mailbox.
Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
Is there any explanaition of this?
Can it be changed so that the bounce emails are also syned to CRM?
