I have created two knowledge base articles in dynamics that have been published. I've ensured that the knowledge base search is configured for "Dynamics CRM" and not parature. When I try to use the knowledge base search on the case form, however, it does not return any results. I'm positive my articles are published. Any ideas why the embedded search wouldn't be returning results? Thanks for any feedback.
