If anyone could help out with this issue that it would be very appreciated, as we have been struggling with this the last week or so:
We have our Outlook 2010 synced with our contacts from CRM 2011, but are having trouble being able to easily search through these contacts when sending an email. When composing a new email, clicking the "To" command, we are able to pull up the entire list of CRM contacts, but when we enter a contact's last name/first name, we do not have the option to click "Go" to search the list. In addition, the contacts listed are not alphabetically organized, which also provides a problem trying to search through contacts.
Does anyone have insight in how to 1. Search through CRM contacts via Outlook easily, 2. Change the CRM contact list in Outlook so it is organized alphabetically by last name?
