Overwrite manage solution - Ribbon button change not affect

Hi,

I have tried to import manage solution (version 2.0) with same publisher in QA environment. moving code from (dev to QA) as manage solution.

Most of customization updated with latest manage solution except ribbon button changes.

1. Custom ribbon button change javascript method change did not work.
2. Newly added ribbon button is not visible on entity. 

I use ribbon workbench tool to add ribbon button into entity. 

Any idea / best practice, how to add/manage ribbon changes across QA/UAT/PROD as manage solution?
