Hi, I'm supporting the CRM 4 project. We already installed the latest patch which is 21. And one of the user is facing weird issue. Whenever he tried to track in email with huge attachment (more then 10MB), he got following error
There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable.
We found nothing in audit log and event log ( we always try to write into event log whenever there is an exception occurred.
(sorry for my poor english).
And we cannot turn on trace/diagnostic tool for some reason. And there are few of them facing this issue but not all.
