Hi guys, I have set on CRM 2013 the telephony provider to be "Lync", but always I click on a business/mobile phone on any form, it tries to install skype app for the calling. Is there a bug or something? or there are more things to be set to make Lync works.
Actually I work on a Domain and the Outlook and Lync are sync to the account.
