Hi, when we first got Dynamics the default was to not track all e-mails, we then set this so that they were all tracked, but this has meant our data storage limit is reaching the limit. We want to take it off so that nothing is tracked unless we track it, I have un-ticked the option within Outlook options that reads:
Check incoming e-mail in Outlook and determine whether an e-mail should be linked and saved. - If I tick this then I am limited to options:
All e-mail messages
All e-mail messages in response to CRM e-mail
All e-mail messages from CRM leads, contacts, accounts
All e-mail messages from CRM that are e-mail enabled.
How do I get it so that nothing is tracked unless we press 'track'?
