I am currently working new with CRM 2011. one of things I realy would like to know is:
- I have workflows (proces) wich are creating sending emails to ....(registed personens within CRM)
Wich works great.
I now want to be able that de receiver can reply and send me even an attachement.
Even nicer would be that the reply email would be Attachted to the entity from wich it has been send.
Is this possible with "out-of-the-box" CRM?
Can you explain what functions the "Select E-mail Router from the E-mail access type – Incoming list" can do?Some hyperlinks or a brief description would even do.
