Sign Out button is not displaying in CRM 2013 IFD environment

Hi,

We have configured the IFD for the CRM 2013. But we are not seeing the sign-out button as it was in CRM 2011.

Please let us know if we need to do any additional setting for CRM 2013 IFD setup?

Note: We have used ADFS 2.1 on Windows Server 2012 with IIS<<>> for CRM 2013. But in the CRM 2011, we used the ADFS 2.0.
