CRM for Outlook cannot communicate with CRM server

The Outlook client still having issue accessing CRM.

When we open CRM Outlook Client, it display the error message "The set of folders cannot be opened. <StoreNotConfigured>."

We have try to run the Configuration Wizard, the URL server and authentication are tested with no issue and display the Organisation name. However the wizard show up an error "There is a problme communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server." when we try to synchronise with the organisation.
