I'm farely technical but am a CRM noob, so after an hour of searching help & the forums I thought I would post this question, despite my gut feeling that there is an easy answer.
I am trying to create a simple notification of a new lead assignment via email. I got the email itself to work, but when I recieve it, it still has the pointers for the Dynamic Values in it rather than the values itself. All I want to do is show the name, company name, and description. That way the salesperson assigned the lead will know what to look for when they open up their leads.
This may be related to the error I get when opening up an already saved workflow. "The e-mail below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked." I find it pretty funny that that error would pop up in a window that is designed to create scripts.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
