I have a question......do you have to have Outlook installed on your computer to be able to log-in to the CRM? Just asking as we have 2 computers that have Outlook and we are able to access the site......we also have another 2 computers without Outlook and when we attempt to log-in we get a message that says: "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient access rights or privileges to perform this action". If the Outlook not being installed isn't the problem can someone please tell me how I could correct this?!? Thanks in advance!
