We are looking to expand one of our customizations that we did inhouse to manage our integrated campaigns. We are not looking to purchase an outside solution though I see there are many out. Our custom entity for example groups all the individual campaigns email, webinars, social media all together so we can see them all at once. It solved a simple problem for us but now as soon as the update to CRM 2013 we are going to add some automation so wondering if others have done similar and if you have any thoughts.
