We are using cases to associate to our ticketing system. We currently have three types of owners: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Cases are created by Level 1. Any cases that require Level 2 or Level 3 will be assigned adequately. All cases are assigned back to Level 1 once the case is solved and Level 1 will close the case.
I need find out how many cases Level 2 and Level 3 are working on and how long they were dealing with the cases.
It doesn't seem to be easy and may require plugins. However, I would be thankful if anyone comes across a similar challenge or have at least half of the solution.
Currently I am able to set a current date when the case is first assigned to Level 2 and hence can find out the number of cases they have been assigned per week.
