We have moved from CRM 2011 to CRM Online, And have a problem with the storage. These days we received alert messages "You have exceeded the storage limit for your subscription. You cannot add data, such as records, to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online at this time. ". But we didn't import more data into CRM. We don't know why the storage increase by days like this. For yesterday the storage are 122%, and today it reduced to 92%. We don't know why the reason. Any one can help us on this.
