MS CRM Online 2011 Trial Versio

I need to do a demo for clients on MS CRM Online 2011 integration with our product. Previously, before 2013 roll out, I used to create a Trial account for MS CRM 2011. Now I can't seem to find this. I tried created one and it turned out to be 2013 not 2011. Does anybody know if MS is still offering trial for 2011 and how I can sign up or now this is only for 2013?
