CRM 2011 Outlook Add-in - Freezes when downloading Mail Merge Templates

Hi

I recently installed the CRM 2011 Outlook add-in for Outlook 2013, and while I can access Contacts, Accounts, etc just fine, if I try to create a Mail Merge and download a template, the "New Mail Merge" CRM windows freeze. The action never resolves or times out, and I am forced to force close the windows that are frozen.

I have installed all the updates for both Office 2013 and the plug-in. I have reinstalled the add-in, as well as Office 2013, but the issue still persists.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is this an issue directly related to the add-in, or affected by other factors such as Outlook 2013, User Account settings, etc?
