I have just upgraded to Outlook 2013 on my Windows 7 Professional laptop and subscribed to Dynamics 2013 online through Office 365. CRM works perfectly when accessed through the web version and also through the CRM 2013 app for my iPhone.
I have downloaded the latest Outlook connector and I cannot connect to CRM through the outlook CRM connector. I am using the same user account which I can access the browser version of CRM. I am set up as an administrator in CRM.
The error message reads: “Cannot connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM server because we cannot authenticate your credentials” I have attached a screen shot of this error message.
Can anyone help me with suggested resolutions to this issue?
