Campaign responses

Hi,

Does anybody know how to best work with campaign responses?

We are using a third party e-marketing system (Pure 360) and although they feed information back into Dynamics, they only send it to campaign responses, i.e. 'Unsubscribes', yet this information won't appear on the actual contact's profile. How can we work around this or see it on their profile?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
