Quick question, I just want to confirm what i've been told over the phone. Is it possible to change the owner of a contact record, WITHOUT the owner of all the contacts activities changing.
Main reason being is that the polaris update seems to have been coded by monkeys, and that useful activity feed (which has been an absolute ball ache since in was released) in the centre, grabs the modified date to display and sort by. So, when you change an owner of a record (which is bound to happen thru natural staff turnover) it completely screws up the activity feed, bringing back e-mails from years past.
I'm sure at some point in the last 6 months ( I may have dreamt it) that it's possible to reassigna contact without reassigning all the activities owner at the same time....
