Since we upgraded our on-premise CRM to UR 14 (from UR 10), one of our users is sporadically getting an empty dialog window when he clicks on something in CRM. Everything works fine for a while, but eventually, the simplest action () will cause an empty Webpage Dialog popup window with a url "/_common/error/dlg_error.aspx". His only option is to attempt to close the window but this immediately results in the opening of the same window. If he closes the second window, both windows go away, and he can work normally again. However, if he was trying to change to a different view, for example, the principal window does not change views.
There are no entries in the application log that correspond to the times he experiences this problem. He is using IE 10.
Has anyone else seen this sporadic behavior?
