Hi all
There are some very helpful new fields on Campaign Response form:
- Company Name
- Last Name
- First Name
- Phone
These fields are all locked.
I would expect, that these fields are populated automatically with Information from related customer (either Lead, Contact or Account), which is located on top of the section "Received from".
But unfortunately, whatever I fill in the field "Customer" (Account, Contact or Lead), nothing happens with the other fields in that section. I also played around with other fields on Campaign Response form, but nothing happend (e.g. Channel, Response Code).
Does anyone has a clue, what I did wrong?
