Set Default Value to the Call With on Phone Call Activity

Hi Expert,

I have a requirement, I have an activity sub-grid.

When I click on Add Phone Call activity a Phone Call Quick create form gets opened.

On Quick Create form I have Call With field, there I want to set some default value using java-script,

Please suggest.
