Hi Folks,
I am experiencing some difficulty with a user who is unable to connect to the Server using Outlook, he says that his laptop is able to connect using outlook but not his desktop, I am also unable to connect using Outlook from a desktop. The screen to configure the client appears and the URL is valid for both Internet Explorer and Outlook confirms that the URL is correct but I get the message from Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook that it cannot configure the organization for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook while I attempt to confiure. Try to configure the organization again . . . .
Tried the following so far
re-Imaged desktop twice - re-installed Microsoft Dynamics twice
List of related Software Installed
Troubleshooting searches tells me that DNS may be an issue so I changed the hosts file to point to the server. (no change)
I have tried and verified the settings as Microsoft web site has suggested, am willing to go through this again if I can get it to work.
