Adding a button like the "CRM Help Center" one to the Navigation Bar

Hi all,

I would like to create a button with the same behaviour as the "CRM Help Center" one in the Navigation Bar (The one under the "Help Center" area in the top menu).

What I need is a button next to it that is opening an externel link in a new window (the same way as the "CRM Help Center" button does) - see illustration below.

I have tried a lot of different ways but not achieved this. Right now I have just created an "Idea Bank" entity (see picture) under the "Help Center" area.
