Hello,
I am using CRM 2016 online , there is a feature in CRM to Roll up Activites . The Activities of all child records are rolled up to parent record also .
Suppose there are 2 accounts ABC and XYZ . For Account XYZ, contact associated is Contact Test 1 .
If I now associate Contact test 1 with Account ABC , than all the activities of Contact test 1 will be rolled up to Account ABC . But i dont want that earlier Activities should be rolled up to new Account ABC.
I also tried for Configurable cascading option and tried to reparent "cascade none" on the relationship between your account and contact, but doesnt works
Please advise .
