Why ?

2 CRM fields must change in CRM to move the appointment from Jeanne -> John’s calendar

  • the ‘owner’ field
but the ‘owner ‘ field is not sync between Outlook and CRM

  • the ‘organizer’ field
This field is sync but Outlook does not change the organizer when moving from 1 calendar to another
