CRM 2013 was recently installed on this PC. User searches for a case and when user selects that case, it does not open up the case information in a new window (which downloads this info from the server). It works fine on other PCs. I have matched the settings, ADD Ins, ran the diagnostic tool in CRM 2013 without any luck.
PC has both IE11 & Chrome installed
Synchronisation is working.
Would appreciate assistance with this please.
