I was reading a little bit about the RetrieveRecordWallRequest and this article because I would like to retrieve Yammer conversations regarding Cases.
Documentation from the link above says that if you are connected to Yammer you can get Yammer posts created in Yammer's web application before you enabled the Connection to Yammer? (I don't get the "before" part!). Also, you can get the user post created programmatically before or after you enabled the connection between CRM and Yammer.
Right now, I have a Case, that has a conversation in Yammer. Executing the request RetrieveRecordWallRequest returns only Auto Posts.
Any ideas?
