We went to rollup 13 and starting experiencing errors in one of our organizations, what is unusual is that our development environment works completely fine for all organizations, so this error is only happening on one server with one organization.
When we try to resolve a case, a popup box shows error an error has occured. No other info from that point. When we try to open up and view and already resolved case, it gives the same error. with the option to try again and cancel. Try again does nothing, cancel opens a new form to create a new case.
I looked at the event logs on the application and database. Databaase gives nothing, application gives an information line that there was a request to open /cs/cases/dlg_closecase.aspx at the time the error occurs.
I have nothing else at this point and an irate customer, although I gave them a workaround with a workflow to resolve and reactivatre cases they want it to work like it did before.
I searched and nothing is comming up, I think I may need to open an issue with microsoft, but that means it can take some time.
Anyone have any suggestions or know about this, I'd apprecaite any insight.
