Hi,
I'm trying to find out if it's possible to easily configure Outlook in some way to enable a "CRM" tab to be visible when opening up an Outlook Contact that is tracked into CRM. I want to be able to create a Phone Call record directly from the Contact that I'm opening in Outlook. When the Phone Call record opens, I want it to be pre-populated with the Contact details, just like it would if I had opened up the Contact first in CRM, and then added a Phone Call record directly from that CRM Contact record.
Any ideas?
