SQL Server Error When Invoice Line is Deleted in CRM - CRM2016 On Prem

Hi,

We recently upgraded from CRM2013 to CRM 2016 (on-prem).  It is integrated with GP through Scribe.

When user (with system admin) role deletes a line item in the Invoice in CRM, it shows 'SQL Server Error'.

In Scribe it shows 'Generic SQL Error'.

The log file of SQL Error shows this:

<s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><s:Body><s:Fault><faultcode>s:Client</faultcode><faultstring xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace" xml:lang="en-CA">Generic SQL error.</faultstring><detail><OrganizationServiceFault xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/xrm/2011/Contracts"><ErrorCode>-2147204784</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>Generic SQL error.</Message><Timestamp>2016-05-26T21:55:44.4253147Z</Timestamp><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147204784</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>Generic SQL error.</Message><Timestamp>2016-05-26T21:55:44.4253147Z</Timestamp><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147204784</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>Generic SQL error.</Message><Timestamp>2016-05-26T21:55:44.4253147Z</Timestamp><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147220970</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails /><Message>System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #6AFC4C7B</Message><Timestamp>2016-05-26T21:55:44.4253147Z</Timestamp><InnerFault xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /><TraceText xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /></InnerFault><TraceText xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /></InnerFault><TraceText xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /></InnerFault><TraceText xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" i:nil="true" /></OrganizationServiceFault></detail></s:Fault></s:Body></s:Envelope>

Can you please help identifying the the root cause of the issue and how this can be resolved.  This would be appreciated if you please also share any related article or forum thread.

Thanks in advance.
