Like Haks on this post community.dynamics.com/.../196848 I have the same problem : I can't reopen a .msg saved on disk.
If I disabled the CRM add in, there is no problem .
I have reproduced this bug on 2 PC under Windows 8.1 64 Bits, Office 2010 SP1 32 Bits, CRM 2013 for Outlook version 6.1.4.145
