I have installed outlook plug in for CRM 2011. I am trying to run any report in the outlook client, the result page shows up empty.
and it will be this way until I run the same report in webclient (browser). Then it will work on the next run I do on the outlook client.
is there a service that has to be statrted up so the report can show up in outlook client too? or am I missing a configuration setting?
