need Plugin to set Created on, Created by, Modify on, Modify By.

Need solution for:- On price list entity i need these fields "Created on, Created by, Modify on, Modify By" actually these OOTB fields are there, when i go forms and try to drop these fields on form, these fields are on showing there.

Entity: Priceliest

Need solution for:- For that i created custom fields (Created on, Created by, Modify on, Modify By). But i need code for write a Plugin.
